SYDNEY RUBLE

Yoga has been a part of my life since high school, when my aunt introduced me to my first vinyasa class. It was HOT and a bit overwhelming, so it took me a few weeks to return to my mat. At first, it was hard to stick with something I didn’t feel naturally good at, but over time, I came to realize that the beauty of yoga lies in its challenges. The practice teaches us to meet these challenges with patience and grace, and through this, I developed a deeper sense of connection and calm that continues to be a steady presence in my life. Yoga has nurtured self-love, helped me build lasting connections within a supportive community, and made me feel physically stronger, more flexible, and energized.

During college, I found myself drawn to Amazing Yoga. My journey there continued as a work-exchange, expanding my circle of yogis and deepening my practice. In the spring of 2024, I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Amazing Yoga. Now, as a teacher, my goal is to guide others in opening their hearts and minds, helping them experience the same happiness and love that yoga has brought into my life.

Off the mat, I work in procurement at U. S. Steel. When I’m not working or teaching, you can find me watching the Steelers or Pitt Football, thrifting, sipping matcha, or spending time with my amazing friends and family who truly make Pittsburgh home.
