Planks for the Planet Sweat is Amazing Yoga’s 30-day community-wide challenge that combines yoga practice with environmental advocacy.

We’re raising funds and awareness for Community Carbon Trees—an organization in Costa Rica that offers solutions to deforestation and climate change by connecting local farmers with people all over the world. Learn more about Community Carbon Trees.

Participants are encouraged to establish a daily yoga practice, while contributing to an important cause. It’s the ideal blend of fitness and philanthropy, reflecting AY’s dedication to good health and environmental stewardship.

It’s going to be a great month! Grab your mat and join us as we explore the powerful synergy between personal wellness and protecting our planet, by doing yoga and raising funds for Community Carbon Trees.

HOW to PARTICIPATE

  • Join the 30 Day Challenge using the sign-up button below. Your $10 contribution will go to Community Carbon Trees.

  • Practice 21 times in 30 days. Use the star board in the studio to track your progress. Once you sign-up, put your name on the star board.

  • Use your current membership/package or purchase one here. Practice with us in-studio and/or on AY Online.

  • Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a drawing for class passes and other prizes.

  • For more prize consideration, post images of your home practice on Instagram and tag @amazingyoga and use #planksfortheplanet
