SEAN CONLEY
Sean Conley has practiced various styles of yoga for 25 years and has been an instructor for more than 20 years. He has trained and is certified in a number of forms of yoga including: Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and others.
Sean spent four years in The National Football League. His career was cut short due to injuries from overtraining his body. His injuries helped him stumble into discovering yoga as a way to heal the body and mind.
Sean combines upbeat, inspirational music with a relaxed, easy spirituality that makes his yoga classes at Amazing Yoga a fun and motivational experience. He is honored and grateful to have the opportunity to share his love of yoga and experience with others.
