Join Lisa for a two-hour introduction to inversions workshop. You'll learn the basics for safely setting up, transitioning into, and building strength in the four core inversions: shoulder stand, headstand, forearm balance, and handstand. Yogis of all abilities will benefit from understanding the fundamentals of these poses, setting the groundwork to grow your inversion practice on your mat.
