In 2015 I moved to Pittsburgh to attend the University of Pittsburgh. I always was interested in yoga but never knew how much of an impact it would have on my life until I fell in love with it after my first class I took that year. I showed up thinking it was just some light stretching and breathing, wow was I wrong! The music was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the people were amazing. I never knew I could get a full body workout while also having fun and finding some inner peace all within one yoga class. Practicing yoga made me stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. The strength I have found on my mat carries into my daily life, allowing me to handle stress and obstacles more gracefully.
After attending classes at Amazing Yoga for 4 years, I completed my Level 1 Teacher Training September of 2018 in Pittsburgh. I then completed my Level 2 Teacher Training in Maya Tulum, Mexico in February of 2019. I currently teach at the Shadyside and South Side studios.
I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science. Outside of the studio I am an Orangetheory Fitness Coach at the South Hills location. If I'm not doing yoga you can find me biking around the city or at a local coffee shop.
