Yoga first entered my life as a way to cope with stress during college. I began to understand yoga as a moving meditation, and found benefit in the breath-work through physical postures. Stepping into the studio at Amazing Yoga, I fell in love with the power yoga style that combines mental benefits with a physically demanding practice.

Amazing Yoga quickly turned into my happy place. With some encouragement, I took a leap out of my comfort zone and signed up for teacher training in fall of 2018. Teaching has been a beautiful and rewarding complement to my personal practice, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to join the AY community as a teacher.

When I’m not on my mat, I enjoy running and exploring local coffee shops in search of the best icedlatte in Pittsburgh.
